The Sacredness of the Yoni -Female Empowerment and Healing
In this retreat, women are invited to come with us on the path of self-love and deep healing. Together we will explore what it takes to be a more authentic, conscious and truly loving woman. You will be guided through Tantric practices and rituals, meditation, breath work and conscious touch. We will work our needs, joys, and desires, and face our fears and shadows – to become a liberated and empowered being in a female body and to create Heaven to Earth.
We will especially honor the Yoni in this retreat and dedicate much time to her as our magical portal for our healing, empowerment and spirituality. We will explore our physical and energetic anatomy, learn Yoni massage, and heal stored trauma and trapped energy in the womb.
The meaning of the Yoni in Sanskrit is ‘Sacred Place’. This word is fast coming into vogue as women learn to reclaim pride in being a woman. An important part of the revolution from woman to Goddess is the Yoni. By understanding the attributes of the Yoni, we simultaneously discover true empowerment.

We will go with the group’s flow as much as possible and choose what is best for all from the vastness of tools. The facilitator and assistants will support and encourage you, as a group and individually, with everything that comes up during the retreat. There will be lots of room for healing, sharing and integration.
EVENT DETAILS
START: Thursday, 4 September 2025 – 11 am
END: Sunday, 7 September 2025 – 6 pm
LOCATION: The Sanctuary, Moncarapacho/Olhão – Algarve, South Portugal (for directions, scroll down)
SCHEDULE: Daily sessions from 10 am to 6 pm with a 2.5-hour lunch break. Breakfast is served at 9 am, dinner latest at 8 pm.
LANGUAGE: The retreat will be held in ENGLISH (Translation to GERMAN or PORTUGUESE possible).
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: This Tantra retreat is for women only. The approximate number of participants is 14 women. The retreat is trauma-informed and includes intimate practices and shadow work. Nudity is voluntary. – This is an alcohol and drug-free event.

The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a beautiful, private quinta and Pola Vida’s home, situated in the Central Algarve near Moncarapacho/Olhão, in the middle of the wonderful, tranquil nature park around the Cerro da Cabeça mountain and close to the sea. The charming fisherman’s town of Fuseta is just 10 minutes away, and within 20 minutes you can reach the city of Olhão.
The outside area of the quinta is a green oasis, surrounded by nature and a large private pool with an ocean view. The retreat location allows you to reconnect with nature’s rhythms and find inspiration in the natural world. It’s a perfect backdrop for your journey of self-discovery and empowerment. There are also amazing treks for hiking in the area.
How to get there
By Car:
The Sanctuary is situated in the nature park around the Cerro da Cabeça mountain, near Moncarapacho. You will receive a detailed description and the coordinates with your booking.
By Airplane:
The nearest airport is Faro Airport (35km). From the airport, you can take a taxi to our place, or the Faro train station (15 min) to take the train to Fuseta, from where we can pick you up.
By Train:
The nearest train station is in Fuseta (25 min from Faro or 3.5 hours from Lisbon). From there we will pick you up. You can book the train here: www.cp.pt
FOOD
Our creative chef will spoil you with delicious vegetarian and vegan meals, with mostly local and organic ingredients. We will enjoy making you feel nourished from the inside and outside, feeding not only your stomach but all your senses. Amazing smells, tastes, and textures, made and served with the greatest Love. Eat in a cosy room by the fireplace, or on the outside terrace with a sea view!
Our food is mostly vegetarian or vegan, and we take care of any food imbalances that you have. Just let us know with your registration.

I am a Tantra teacher, Shamanism practitioner, and a Heyoka (Psychic Empath). My journey has been guided by these transformative practices and my gifts as an empath and spiritual therapist. I channel and transform energies for healing.
I am fascinated by sensual mastery, the Oneness-Love experience of Tantra and Shamanism, and the power of true (sexual) freedom. I can look back to over 15 years of experience in all kinds of holistic healing therapies, energy work. I teach and share Tantra Therapy and blend it with other holistic therapies I have trained in.
I offer guidance in sexual healing, self-love, and self-confidence to individuals and couples through spiritual and practical coaching. My passion is to support individuals to radically transform their lives, I am condensing my intuition and therapeutic experience to help you healing and releasing.

DANIELA - Assistant
Daniela is an experienced energy worker and shamanism practitioner. She offers individual sessions in BARS energetic therapy and Tantra therapy. She is also part of a team that facilitates plant medicine retreats and shamanic healing journeys.

The rooms have a terrace with a sea view, single beds, shared bathroom and toilet.
* Camping: 250€
Choose a beautiful spot in nature on the property for your own tent or van. With access to an outdoor shower, a sustainable compost toilet, and to the shared bathroom in the dormitory.
* Private Studio (2 available): 650€
Complete privacy in a studio with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and floor heating.
* Glamping Bell Tent (1 available): 550€
The bell tents are in a perfect hidden spot in the midst of nature, with a compost toilet and outdoor solar shower.
All prices are per person for 3 nights and 4 days, and include the teaching fee, accommodation, all meals (vegan/vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner), snacks, and beverages like water, tea, and coffee.
HELPERS: If you are interested to come as a helper with a price reduction, please use the CONTACT FORM. Helpers pay a lower price in exchange for helping in the kitchen and with cleaning during the retreat.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: A payment of the total price of the event is required to complete your booking and guarantee your space. In case of a payment of a deposit, the remaining amount is due by the latest 21 days before the first day of the event to guarantee your spot. A deposit of 30% of the total price of the event is non-refundable.
Cancellations: Requesting cancellation for any event is only accepted if sent by email. A cancellation fee of 30% of the total price of the event is applied until 21 days before the first day of the event and includes any non-refundable deposit.
